Declaring parcels
After receiving parcels at our warehouse or sending them to Tbilisi it is a obligatory to declare parcel. To do this, you must enter the type of the item (s) in the parcel along the rack in your room (e.g shoes, clothes, electronics, etc); price of items and online store. You can also declare a parcel before it arrives at the warehouse, for this you need to click the "Add Parcel" button in your account, enter the parcel tracking and fill in the appropriate fields. Undeclared parcels will be stopped within 8 days of arrival at customs, if parce(s)l is/or not declared during this time customs will accrue a fine of 50 GEL for each day exceeded.
Customs clearance of parcel (s)
